Freddie Greaves ACIB CB.Cert runs Boring Bits, she has been working in the IT industry for more than 18 years, for most of that time as a consultant and web application developer, helping clients to improve their business processes . This role has given her the skill to quickly and fully understand  her clients' different systems and processes, and the background to be able to recommend ways of simplifying processes and making them more efficient. She has worked with diverse systems and business problems,  from Order Processing, Contact Management, Inventory Management, Estimating Systems, and Call Centre Systems, to Financial Systems for companies of all sizes.

This wide experience with many different businesses helps greatly when providing the excellent support Boring Bits gives its clients. We can support any small to medium business in many areas, such as; keeping on top of book-keeping, chasing debtors, producing profit and loss reports, submitting vat returns, stock and inventory control, contract renewals, customer services, order fulfilment, managing web sites, content and structure, analysing visitors to the site, and helping clients to get the most from their investment in web sites.

Freddie has numerous professional qualifications gained throughout the years, such as IBM Lotus Professional software certification, Lloyd's Register IS internal quality auditing, and is a member of the Institue of Certified Bookkeepers. Freddie can also speak French to a high level, putting it into practice while living in France for 3 years.

Freddie is based in offices in Shepperton, but can travel to local businesses when needed. She is currently supporting many small businesses ranging from publishers, an on-line music business, a baby-wear company and a professional photography concern. Her flexible approach means she should be able to help you with most business administration tasks, and with flexible charging rates, it's like having the second pair of hands, but without the full time salary!
